ASU Bowling: Savanna Razor Wins Honorable Mention on NTCA Central Region Team

NASHVILLE, Tennessee | Savanna Razor, the state freshman from Alabama, was the only Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) selection on the National Ten Pin Coaches Association’s Central Region team, earning an honorable mention.

Razor was named SWAC’s Freshman and Bowler of the Year last season after helping Alabama State finish second in the regular season. She was named First Team All-Conference after an average fall of 202.25 in regular season conference games and amassed a high of 4,005 Pins in 20 games played.

Teams from all regions are a new idea spawned in part because the COVID-19 pandemic has severely limited intersectional play this year and the association feared that deserving student-athletes were being overlooked in the traditional team of all.
